To use MAPPL, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid phone number for OTP-based verification
• Not be barred from using the service under applicable law
• Not have a previously terminated MAPPL account due to a policy violation

When creating your MAPPL account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
• Maintain only one active account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to use MAPPL respectfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of other users
• Creating fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Sending unsolicited promotional messages or spam
• Sharing explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Soliciting money, gifts, or personal information from other users
• Using the app for commercial, political, or religious solicitation

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
• Circumventing any security measures or account restrictions

By uploading photos, messages, or any other content to MAPPL, you:

• Confirm you own the content or have the right to share it
• Grant MAPPL a non-exclusive licence to use it solely to operate the service
• Confirm the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• Understand that content shared with other users cannot be fully recalled once seen

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

MAPPL uses a virtual currency called Hearts for certain in-app features.

• Hearts are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Hearts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Unused Hearts are forfeited upon account deletion or termination
• We reserve the right to modify Heart pricing and availability at any time

Your use of MAPPL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using MAPPL, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

MAPPL provides safety tools including in-app reporting and an SOS feature. You agree to:

• Use the SOS feature only in genuine emergencies
• Report users who violate our policies through the in-app reporting system
• Not misuse the reporting system to target other users unfairly

All content, design, trademarks, and technology within MAPPL are the exclusive property of Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration
• Creating harm or risk to other users or the platform

You may delete your account at any time. Refer to our Delete Account policy for details.

MAPPL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• That you will find a match, partner, or relationship through the app
• The accuracy or completeness of any user-provided content or profiles

We are not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or content of other users on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MAPPL, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or harm resulting from interactions with other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of MAPPL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the app or our website. Continued use of MAPPL after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
