Welcome to Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s Dating App (MAPPL). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the App. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Take responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not engage in any behavior that is harmful or disruptive to other users, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or spamming.
• Posting harmful or offensive content.
• Impersonating another person.
• Sharing explicit or inappropriate content.

Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

By uploading or posting content (including text, photos, videos, etc.) to the App, you grant Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the App.

You retain ownership of any content you post.

You agree not to:

• Post any content that violates third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Use the App to distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

5. Safety and Interactions with Other Users

Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the conduct of any user within or outside of the App.

You agree to use caution and take appropriate safety measures when interacting with other users.

We do not conduct background checks on users, and you are solely responsible for any risks associated with meeting or communicating with others.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may be offered on a paid basis. If you subscribe to any paid services, you agree to the terms of the payment plan selected.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in or promote any of the following activities while using the App:

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Accessing or tampering with non-public areas of the App, including Fiyeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s systems.
• Interfering with the normal functioning of the App, including distributing harmful software.
